SCIENCE BASED: Somatic Experiencing® and DARe are science based and have been around and achieving results for more than 40yrs. When the nervous and attachment systems are not properly regulated, it manifests in symptoms such as anxiety, chronic stress and various health issues, impacting the workplace environment and leading to a notable decline in overall performance.
ADDRESSES THE ROOT CAUSE: Other modalities and techniques focus on team building to increase resilience. It may seem effective for a short while, but it fails to address the root causes and underlying patterns ingrained within the body’s response to stress.

CORPORATE EXPERIENCE: My qualifications as a Lawyer and an Accountant lead me to work in large and small corporates ranging from investment banking in Citigroup London, Director at UBS Wealth management London, General Manager Bank of New Zealand and Assoicate Director at KPMG. Having been a leader in those large organisations, I have experienced first-hand the impact a work environment can have on your wellbeing and the performance of your team.
